Catch me if you can - Seal Rescue Edition

Our very own seal rescue edition of "catch me if you can" - a large seal first evades Wally and then Antoine. Third time lucky and Naude "the master" finally captures him in the rescue net - all while Kat catches a second seal in the background, all by herself. They remove a piece of black packing strap from their seal and let him go. When they have a closer look at Kat's catch, they are very happy to see that it seems to be a seal they have been chasing down for a few weeks. He is stuck in a bright red piece of cleaning supply and he can finally be ticked off OCN's to do list. 🦭

This reminded me of my friend and I trying to catch her two pet ducks so her grandson could pet them. Quietly, and unassumingly, Kat catches one in the back ground. I _was_ hoping for her finishing the job; but baby steps, I guess. That big seal gave the guys a chase - and no wonder he was tired. That big seal was intelligent. He'd worked it out, ( probably from watching you chase down other seals, that you stand tall so he needed to get under the pier to make you bend or at the very least knew he couldn't out run you, so he needed an obstacle ) even on letting him go, he chose to run all the way to the sea under the structure.

The Orange Question Fabric is indeed a shower loofah/scrubber. The loops are the handles that you would hold/use to pull the scrubber back & forth across your back! Very cheap plastics with ecological treachery too. Your footage shows the cut handle kinda blooming with curly spirals of plastic stuff. From experience it will crumble into smaller plastic bits but only after a very long time. Leaving more opportunity to choke & poison down the line. Oops! I'm kinda preaching to the choir.. sorry! Well done all for not knowing what it was! Tells me you shower with a friend to help scrub your back! or use natural loofah scrubbers!! Both being sustainable one being more fun!!
