Capo 3 gets it close but this is still not in the right key. Wonder what tuning Donovan was using.....

Astronite Thanks for the comment. He is using regular tuning. But some times when using a capo it will sound a little off. It could be Your guitar or His guitar. And other times when an artist does the song the studio will tweak the recording to get a better sound. The Rolling Stones does this a lot. Which makes it hard to find a song you can play along with. Some times I have to use a live version to work with. The only other thing you can do is adjust your tuning and no one wants to do that for just one song. Remember these songs were designed to sell records not for us to play along with. thanks again Larry
