Water, 1 red onion, Seafood/Crab Boil Seasoning (for Boiling Lobster), Mayo, lemon, salt & pepper or seasoning (to taste), parsley, 1 chopped Lobster tail (spread) on Toasted garlic/butter Bread. Wow! From the Wild waters of the U.K. to the table by a Garden camp fire... This couldn't have been a more appealing and tantalizing way of inviting the taste-buds of your viewers. YUM! You have done it Again Dustin!! Bravo!

Being from Maine, US. I have to say we just use salted water, preferably sea water, then we dip the meat in drawn butter. Did you eat the the tamale, (liver)? That's the green stuff in the body. We do make lobster rolls with just enough mayo to hold the meat together along with some celery seed and serve on a hotdog roll. Just saying.

Tip !! When you're water is boiling put the lobster in and take the pot off the fire after one minute. Then let rest for 15 minutes or let cool down for cold lobster . This way the lobster stays nice and juicy !! Bon Appetit !!

Do you know of or watch Survival Russia? Lars is ex-mil Danish living in Russia- he is always eating raw garlic and in the winter, with pig fat which can be yummy. I also watched a couple of videos where some young Russians were going to old battle fields on their summer hols to dig up WW2 soldiers- so they can have a decent burials. All the youngsters were piling into raw garlic during mealtimes. It’s a different animal when it’s raw and in its raw state you can more appreciate the different varieties perhaps then growing your favourite ones. Unfortunately since moving to the stares I’ve gotten out of growing and eating enough raw garlic.

You totally missed out on the meat in the legs. Takes seconds to remove and is totally worth it. Use a dowel shaped object like a rolling pin. Pull the legs off, lay on your board and roll from the leg tip to the open end. The meat shoots right out.

Someone looked under a rock. It wasn't a rock. It was a Rock Lobster... I couldn't help myself. Being as how you boiled off your seasoning (non stick surface on cast cookware from burning fat into it), I thought I might list what I use for re-seasoning in order of effectiveness from personal experience; 1) Tallow 2 ) Lard 3) Canola Oil (no nut oils... my son is allergic) 4) Bacon 5) Coconut Oil 6) Shortening 7) Cooking release spray (Pam) You can heat it on a fire gas grill or indoors on the stove. If indoors, it's going to smoke if you do it right. If you don't, the fat will go rancid
