In case you’re wondering why Nick couldn’t go in and film. Divers get decompression sickness from having large nitrogen bubbles in the bloodstream which can cause major injuries. If you fly directly after diving, the decreased ambient pressure in the plane has the same effect as ascending too quickly from a dive.

when eating sea urchin, try with Italian bread, by taking a small piece of bread and scoop the good meat right out, it's delicious. One more thing, when opening the urchin, hold it with a thick cloth and open it sideways with a large knife, it should be shped like a starfish once opened, and do not eat anything else , it's not edible. Due to diving rise in pressure leads to dissolving of oxygen and nitrogen into blood,after diving at normal pressure gas comes out of the blood slowly...doesn't causing any fatal things other than headache.....but if the same person after diving chose to fly or go to hill station the same day due to fall in atmospheric pressure the gas from dissolved state separates in the blood,and the blood bubbles up which leads to massive air embolism and death.
