Then you get that one employee that robs you blind and opens a shop next to you. Or that other employee that lashes out at customers, and once fired, torches the shop to the ground. Or the guy that goes out and makes a key to a car and makes a second key when the customer is not looking, and at 4 am they steal the car. That's all on the shop owner. No thank you to employees
