I have had abdominal surgery. You can hardly walk. I did not have the ability to take off work for months. Being a single mom with small children I ended up with scar tissue issues that caused me problems for the rest of my life. If I do to much strenuous activity my scar tissue tears and I can hardly stand up again. So good for Catherine she is doing it right.

Hi Robin, I had major abdominal surgery in 2003 and almost passed away. The scar tissue can be eased by, as strongly as you can stand, massaging the area with a good moisturizer. I use Aveeno and started massaging the area a few months after surgery as a suggestion from another doctor. It definitely has helped as at one point I thought I was doing well and stopped massaging but after a few months I started having horrendous pain so went back to massaging every day and it is so much better. Massaging breaks up the scar tissue and prevents more from forming.

But the wool was pulled from my eyes when I learned the Hunter laptop story was, in fact, true. And then I learned about how they censored valid concerns about Covid using Facebook and Twitter. Then I learned that the BLM founders were nothing but two-bit swindlers. I've now become agnostic to any affiliation and I'm only concerned about the truth. I don't care what Royal Grift's political affiliations are, she comes at everything with an honest desire to learn the truth and she has admirable research and analytical skills. I always say that I still have my “baby fat!” My youngest is now 34! One time my youngest son was walking down the hall without the lights on. Something reached out from the closet and touched his bare feet. He let out a yell and we went running to see what was wrong. Evidently our black cat had been locked in the closet and reached his paw out when he heard him coming down the hall!

Hi there! I'm going to have to tell you that your body won't just bounce back, you have to put in a lot of effort to rid your body of the flab that has accumulated over the years!! Lots of hard work in store but it'll be worth it. As for Pippa, Princess Catherine's sister, you can be certain that she doesn't have those muscles and flat stomach by lying on the beach. She probably has a personal trainer and a dietician at her beck and call, one of the privileges of having a lot of money. For folks like us, it's a bit more complicated to find the time during the day to put in at least 2h a day of strenuous physical training. No pain, no gain, right?

Hello! @YD you are very right and in fact I am currently working very hard on getting fit and healthy after many years of junk food and the indiscriminate consumption of sugar. At the great age of 59 my body said so far and no further, I had inflammation, low energy and my knees were killing me. I am happy to report that its 1 month without sugar and I am actually starting to enjoy exercising - improvement is slow but steady. Thank-you for the advise and the encouragement :) PS: Catherine the Princess of Wales and her mom and sister are definitely great role models in terms of a healthy lifestyle.

Hi, we used to live in a spooky 3 story house in London. One night my brother went up to bed in the top back bedroom that had twin beds in it. A few minutes later he came running back down in his boxers. He was terrified and started babbling that an invisible someone was getting into the other bed!! I was a mature student at art college and we were practising casting hands in rubbery stuff. My bedroom was down a long hall and the door was slightly offset. Two of my boys crawled down the hall to scare me. They did the several times. As they ran giggling back to the living room I ducked into the bedroom next to mine. Their sister and other brother saw what I did. Just as they were ready to scare mom I popped out with a “Boo!” They screamed and everybody else just laughed so hard. That was great fun and a bit out of character for Me.

Originally pies were made with quite tough hot water crust as a type of disposable bowl for workers to take into the fields. The filling was for human consumption and the bland tasteless crust fed to the animals. Hungry humans started eating the pie crust too so adding more fat and a bit of salt was to make it more edible.

Actually, Pippa is the luckier of the Middleton sisters. She has a husband who has tons more money than William, nobody expects her to spend her days involved in public duties, nobody calls her lazy because she wants to spend time with her family, nobody calls her an inadequate mother because she is busy with public duties. Nor does she have mobs of crazed Sugars ripping apart her every move, every speech, every garment she wears. And her children get to grow up to be normal human beings who can do what they like with their lives.

My mom tells a story on me every now & again... I wore footie pajamas as a child in the 60s because our house was big, old & cold. I had outgrown them, so I told mom that we needed to go shopping for new ones. Mom, ever the conservationist, said, "No. I'll just cut the feet off." My childish ears evidently didn't hear the "the" part & although I don't remember it, mom says that I grabbed my feet & wailed, "Not my feet, mom! No! Not my feet!" Mom always ends the story with her laughing so hard at my terror that she can't explain to me what her real intentions were. It must've been awful for me to've blocked it completely. I've actually accused her at times of making it all up to embarrass me.😊

Oh poor you as a child , but I must say I had to laugh at your story, but it reminded me of when we were young going to church one Sunday and we were discussing docking cows tails (farming country) and my mother turned to Dad and said "are you going to cut yours off ? " us kids just cracked up and it took a while before Mum realized what she had said.
