It's like that scene in the movie Johnny English, where Johnny is describing the features of a bad guy to the police, who are doing a sketch. He didn't actually see the perp so he has no idea what he looked like, but makes a wacky description anyway which ends up being used for the sketch. The drawing is made and shows a really wild and clownish looking face. At the end of the film, an actual person shows up looking exactly like the sketch drawing as described by Johnny.
