Cattle Branding process

Cattle Branding has been a tradition in live stock since the Egyptians around 2,700 BC. Cattle branding also has been part of western cowboy history for hundreds of years. Our ranch is located in Arizona and state law requires us to brand our cattle. This cattle ranch has been in our family for 100 years. In this video I document the process we use in branding our cattle in the western desert. We usually use horses to round up the cattle, this was a smaller round up so we used the 4 wheeler.
