Free camping 20 Minutes from Zion and with AMAZING views of Zion and surrounding Mesas. I am out with Winder Towing showing you guys where or rather when you should NOT drive your car into Free Camping areas on BLM land. With so much public land and plenty of dirt roads to explore and camp you want to avoid driving in mud and sand. Check the weather so you don't end up stuck. Simthsonian Butte Backcountry Byway has amazing free camping and access to Gooseberry Mesa for world class mountain biking! However the road can be a trap if you get caught in the rain.

Great Video and Advise, I was out on Cry Baby Hill in my Jeep WK2 just after the snow storm in February for the Zion Half Marathon and cut fresh tracks on the hill. The hill was pretty rutted, my passenger had never been on a trail like that and was hanging on for dear life. The ruts kept pushing us out towards the edge of the hill. Had to keep the wheel speed up to get up the hill. You definitely need the right tires for the terrain.

Great video! 👍 I remember Cry Baby Hill real well LOL. Almost totaled my one week old brand new 4Runner there sliding downhill in the mud with no traction and there was a passenger car stuck in the middle of the road. If I build a recovery vehicle for around here ... it will have a bunch of the same features as the Banana including Yankum dynamic stretch ropes and super traction off road tires for a high mileage F-250 Off Road 4x4 plow truck (because that is what we have). Need to install the front and back hitch with the Tri-Ball for quick and easy looping the pull rope (x's 2 for their hitch and mine). We live up at elevation of 9,500' and out of towners are getting stuck all the time with regular highway AWD vehicles on vacation...sometimes blocking our road so I cannot get to work after a normal snowstorm. @@MrKristyon - close, most call for 100psi, 105 is pretty common for steers, the highest I've seen suggested is 110. 120 wouldn't hurt anything as long as it's matched to the other dual, it might cause them to wear a bit extra in the center of the tread, but I doubt it would be noticable if it did. I've been a truck driver for 16 years... As I was typing this I thought about super singles (one wide tire instead of duals) which I don't have any experience with. I googled it and from what I found they should be anywhere from 100-125, but most trucks still run duals.
