There are many actors who have great acting chops to go with their sex appeal like Leo DiCaprio, Christian Bale, Michael Fassbender etc. In women Cate Blanchett, Amy Adams, Julliane Moore etc. But they have real skill and talent. Which Halle Berry lacks, she is an untalented woman and has been highly fortune of her critical acclaim, which are honestly god awful and just undeserving. All her performances are flat out boring.

She's actually using a perm in another scene when she did the makeover but it didn't show it. I'm more impressed of how she can cut with 2 scissors so fast because apparently, cat can do that. Hell, I remember when I tried to cut my own hair, I struggle with one scissor!

I phone it in and just read the lines and get it over with. I feel like Berry went freaking method on this role. She saw that script and was like "I'm going to fucking become the cat."

I watched this movie when I was quite young. At that time I was like "wooow cool" and also I really love cats. But as I got older and understanding more of plots, storylines, script writings, cinematographers, etc, I must say that this movie actually not as good as I had thought when I was younger. But hey, give credit to Halle Berry for admitting that the movie sucks, lol. She's gorgeous in the movie. Nice costume-design. She's entertaining, sexy, funny, and captivating. I personally think she didn't deserve the hate. And this movie is much better than CATS.

I finally found my crew. People need to realize that this has nothing to do with comics there is no DC or Batman. These were the days when science fiction witty comedy movies were popular. Movies like shaggy dog being a good example. And Catwoman takes that route it doesn't necessarily take things seriously but just tries to entertain a casual non comic nerd audience.

When this movie came out, a local radio station in my area- Seattle/Tacoma- bought out all the tickets for two showings of this movie, and proceeded to give all the tickets out for free and encouraged everyone to come and heckle, make jokes, yell and scream and be loud and have fun, and the movie theater totally supported it. It was one of the funnest times I’ve ever had at a movie and I’ve never been to anything else like it. I’ll never forget it and I wish this was a somewhat regular occurrence with absolutely horrible movies like this. It was all in good fun, the theater was completely packed, and the jokes were flying! It was hilarious and the most fun I’ve ever had at a theater! For that, I will forever appreciate this movie, for all the wrong reasons lol.

If I weren't already subscribed because of his love of anime and being an anime reviewer, it definitely would've been because of the Hilariocity videos. This movie actually has that campy and hilarious quality found in some bad movies that I like. The evil makeup plot is awful and the action scenes are atrocious but I find it quite entertaining to see her actually acting like a cat. Halle Berry is the best part of this movie. The really funny thing (and believe me, I am not making this up): next to me are a) my Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing Edition, and b) the exact Batman: The Long Halloween edition you were reading! That “wow” moment aside, I loved your take on Catwoman. The only thing missing (in my opinion) was a mention of the completely awful costume, especially the mask which always makes me think of a Vollswagen (old) Beetle’s front trunk.

The amount of cuts is jawdropping here, and some cuts lasting for 7 frames, like that one kick where she inexplicably is upside down, but standing in the next cut. Amazing stuff.
