Rob, consider a spacer behind your steering wheel to bring it closer to you. In doing so, you can trade using your high power low accuracy shoulder muscles to steer in favor of more accurate wrist and elbow muscles. This will help reduce fatigue and strain.

Your transmission fluid leaking issue... if its coming out of the top of the shifter, its the check valve at the top of the breather tube. Gut it and make it a permanent vent instead. Has a little spring and rubber washer in there

Every time I see anything with Haltech I'm always amazed by the level of support they offer their customers. I know you're paying a premium for it, but when I see a team of 3 techs thrashing to repin/rewire a whole new setup at the track it definitely seems worth it.

@@24kNick yes fueltech can be and is used on all kinds of engines, and it's also true they're working to expand into other areas outside there core market of drag racing. However they haven't had as much time to perfect the software as much as some other companies such as haltech. I have no dought that down the road they're work everything out and make an amazing product, but if you venture down that rabbit hole today, be prepared for struggles while figuring things out.

Your tuning ocd is insane dude. Thats not a diss either cause you've obviously been able to do some crazy builds and been able to get the to function quite well. HOWEVER, get this done to a good baseline before you get to the track if you can. Obviously shit happens and you might find something that you need to change but one of the most important things to mazimize track time is just driving ocnsistent laps at the track. Helps when you get to tracks that you don't know for driving knowledge. It ALSO will sheds lights onto issues that would happen at lower speeds(tires rub, any tuning issues, dumb shit that you just forgot just like everyone else). Sometimes you might be chasing an issue that is tuning related that only happens when you aren't pushing hard. Also get yourself a manual road car as a daily if you don't already. You should really try and learn heel and toe downshifts. This is kinda hard on the road but honestly easier on track when you are pushing imo. Keep making them rotors scream bud!
