Well as you know from dealing with Judges that majority of them who supposedly want "Justice served" they don't really care about the people or getting to the bottom of what happened. As long as law enforcement got a case and prosecutors trying their best to incriminate people rather than getting to the bottom of what really happened, then you better get a GOOD lawyer who doesn't sleep with the system 🤔

Obviously if you're on the end of wrong ot wouldnt be as easy to see. We a judge Zamitis and he is the sweetest most caring judge. He tries to help as many people as possible. He understands the public isn't educated in the law, and understands that can be an excuse. There's also a judge Kelly and he is also the nicest judge and my husband an attorney works with him often. He also married us, at his request. I can go on on many more. But yes there are some with a God complex

This is a very special segment. Judge Caprio asking Inspectors Quinn and Kerrigan to be respectful as Julie was pregnant, I appreciate and respect his class in requesting that from them. It was so sweet that Julie named her baby Francesco Jr., and for her to come back to the courtroom and show him off not just to Judge Caprio and especially the world, I won't deny he sure was a cute little baby (considering this was 2019 when this video was uploaded). Judge Caprio has some hearing loss. He's really not insensitive like that. My impression is that he just didn't understand that part of what she said, but I'm sure someone made it known to him later. If it had been information directly affecting the case in a way that he would need detail, one of the officers of the court would have interjected at the time. If you'll notice, after she told him about her daughter, Inspector Quinn nodded as if to say "Her story is righteous." I'm thinking the judge glanced in his direction to get that cue. Again, it's supposition, but I'd be willing to stake money on it. He's really a kind man.

How old were you when you did that & how old are you now? These days bullies not only attack people, a lot are bullied through the internet & kids have taken their own lifes because of it.
