i think his modesty is what has got him so far. he provides compelling insights into *his* view of humanity, but admits at the end that he doesn't know anything. so humble and empathetic.

Donald's so real about his opinion, and he's so sure about what he's saying, and he's not scared about how what he says comes out but remains modest and humble about it. We need more people who do this, the reason why he has changed so many lives is because he makes the effort to acknowledge the fact that he shares the world with others, and I love him so much for it. What a beautiful soul.

Childish is a very thoughtful, honest, and an intelligent individual. You can just observe and tell by watching and listening to him speak in this interview. He talks about real life situations with with real life happenings whether through his music or just from him speaking. He's real and honest and that's why I like him. We need more people like him in this world to make this world a better place. His view on the world and life is metaphorically accurate and all of his insights on life in general sounds that much more realistic than an average person. I thank him for his awesome music and respect him for being an intellectual person and a talented musician.

I still love donald like crazy. But I miss Him as a more fun loving joker. I feel like he saw His comedic reputation as something that was hurting him as a serious creator, musician and actor. I feel like the way he is acting is totally legit but hes changed and I dont want it to be because he thought people were taking him too lightly. I dont know how to say it exactly, but i miss him as he used to be and of course troy. Here is hoping hell make an appearance in season 6 or come all the way back

@ny4lyfe1910 жыл бұрын
Really? I think him being a comedian played a huge role on his current view on life and his success in hip hop. He had to learn to take life as it is and to laugh off what most of is take to heart. Now excuse me, I'm gonna re watch some derrickcomedy vids. Mad hatters my fav lol
@Mogsoup210 жыл бұрын
Yeah I get that he's evolving as an artist. I just feel like personally if I had to choose just one of his skills as his best...it would be his comedic acting. As juvenile as it it, my favourite skit is still "Girl's are not to be trusted".

This is probably the most sincere interview that I've ever watched. To say the least 2020 has left me feeling rather alone, but watching this gave me a sense of peace because it was so vulnerable and thoughtful. It's been such a gift to witness Donald's growth as a person and creator throughout the years, and his self acceptance and willingness to stand by all that he says and does inspires me to love myself more. Truly a phenomenal person. And, the thought of Yvette being the last person to stay for Donald's last day on Community is making me tear up. It's easy to see how loving and kind Yvette is.

I rarely comment on videos of any kind, but I have watched a handful of Q interviews and have to say that Jian is one of the best interviewers in the world. A good host doesn't ruin the interview, a great host adds to it. He definitely does great research and brings the most out of the guests.

Donald has such a strong grasp on reality. I honestly look up to this guy so much, he really 'gets' the immaterial and how its become an overwhelming part on most of our daily lives. I don't agree with him on everything...but I agree with him on 80% of what he says...and I'd love to discuss it more with him...and challenge him...and have him challenge me...over some really good quality sativa. He's a smart interesting creative person...and that's in short supply in ALL our lives. This man is plugged in. He gets what life in 2014 is all about...the good and the bad. When you've seen life in so many perspectives it gives you insight and leaves you open minded. This is a good thing. Life is depressing at times. donald glover just brings some "depressing" truths to light. For example, you came into this world alone and you will leave this world alone and No one should be endowed with the power to complete you as an individual. Yes, we meet people along the road of life but they won't accompany us the whole way no matter how much we want them to . We should know our strengths and weaknesses and ajust our everyday endeavors kepping them inmind.
