CBF1000 -- Ölwechsel und Blick hinter die Kulissen der Ölwanne

Hier zeige ich zunächst einen normalen Ölwechsel bei einer CBF1000. Dabei wird auch ein Stahlbus Ölablassventil eingebaut.
Damit der Film aber nicht so langweilig wird, wie das ein Ölwechsel naturgemäß ist, gibt es noch einen ausführlichen Blick auf quasi "die andere Seite der Ablassschraube", die man sonst nicht im eingebauten Zustand sieht.

interessant, die Ölpumpe von innen zu sehen, was man noch hätte zeigen können ist, daß das innere Pumpenrad außen 4 Rundungen hat und das innere 5. Es bewegt sich also exzentrisch.

vielen dank sehr informativ jedoch habe ich noch eine frage ich habe heute einen ölwechsel gemacht mit einem kumpel zusammen der die selbe maschine hat und ich hatte metallspähne an der ölablasschraube und er überhaupt keine woran könnte das liegen ne idee ??

Hello, thanks a lot for helping, your videos give us so much information and mechanical knowledge and i would like to know how engine gets away out from the frame, i mean from above or below instead of one side for example, as it looks trapped on the frame, and i need to have it out for long reason to explain, thanks for help right now!

thanks i have seen all your pictures where you work on your motorcycle, it is very helpful for me because i am scared of doing this job all by my self, but i have back gorund of course, i also saw you had bolt thread damage, and i have simmilar issue in the engine i should set, since the thread of left sidelooks like a little damage but not broken anything. Plz can you tell me if is difficult get off the engine from the frame, i have already disassembled iniection parts as air box etc, it seems less complicated now. thanks anyway for your answers, very kind by you. With a CBF1000 it's not so difficult to get the engine out. There are no frame parts underneath the engine and you can just drop the motor down. The engine must be rotated so that the cylinders are vertical, this is the main reason why it is necessary to completely remove the throttle body. The engine won't rotate enough with the throttle body just pulled off but still in place. And it is advantagous not to do it alone. Heavy parts to hold and to move... :-)

Habe ich das im Film nicht erklärt? Asche über mein Haupt.... :-)Es ist so, dass das Kühlwasser viel schneller warm wird als das Öl. Wenn der Motor kalt ist, wird das Öl im Wärmetauscher also vom Kühlwasser erwärmt, kommt also schneller auf Betriebstemperatur. Später, wenn der Motor warm ist, kann das Öl im Wärmetauscher überschüssige Wärme an das Kühlwasser abgeben. Das Kühlwasser ist ja das einzige Element, was Wärme an die Umgebung abgeben kann und über den Wärmetauscher kann das Öl das dann auch in gewissem Maße. Das Ganze dient also der thermischen Stabilität in allen Betriebsphasen.

Mit einem Teefilter kann man sehr gut Späne sichtbar machen.

Hallo. Besser 10W/40 teil oder vollsyntetisch für CBF 1000 SC58 mit 10.000 km. Ich möchte Motul kaufen aber 5100 oder 7100?

Nimm Motul 7100, 10W40, das nehme ich auch.

Wenn ich Öl Wechsel schützte ich die Menge ein die der Hersteller vorgibt daher ist mir das Schau Glas relativ egal

26 NM ist zu viel für ein öl filter max 15 NM

Es kommt mir auch zu viel vor, aber im WHB steht es so. In anderen WHB steht "Handfest". Es ist zwar noch nichts passiert, aber mit 15..20 Nm würde ich mich auch wohler fühlen.
