Biden Admin Alters Title IX for LGBTQ Students

There are mounting challenges to changes proposed by the Biden administration that have expanded protections for LGBTQ+ students under Title IX - a move which critics say will erase protections for women.
The decades-old policy was created to prohibit discrimination based on biological sex to ensure equitable access to education for women and girls.
But the White House is attempting to expand the definition to prohibit discrimination "based on sex stereotypes, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics."
Ten states have used the current framework to protect the safety and privacy of girls by blocking gender-confused students from using bathrooms that don't correspond to their biological gender. Some schools also choose not to acknowledge "preferred pronouns" that don't match a person's gender at birth.

Have a resolution. In team sports make it more equitable like horse racing if over a certain weight, height you lose a player. ie volleyball,, basketball etc.. ie two trans players versus 5 women players. a non team sport ie running do leg length or weight and add weight belt just like horse racing. In swimming do arm length add a weight belt. All changing rooms should have separate stalls and separate showers with lockable doors and maybe a security officer or emergency button in each room. This would be for public bathrooms also. No urinals ( which have always been discriminatory against women. MEN's bathrooms never have a line. ) Equitable should not just be at the expense of women.) Rescind all releases if a child hurt during a game specifically related to the actions of a player. They are financially liable. Spike the ball that injuries a player the spiker gets sanctioned. This would cut down on injuries. Of course doing all of this would cost a lot of $. The federal department of education should have to give the school adequate funding. If we can send billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel and on illegal migrants that money should go to protect our kids.
