When he said, “You saved my life.” The hug said it all. I just felt that. It feels good when u help someone be better in their life

Supernatural saved my mental health during the pandemic. Still use it regularly and its the only exercise I've ever adhered to

How awesome to dedicate time and effort to make something that causes someone to walk up to you, full of emotion, and say "you saved my life"? Nothing wrong with trying to have fun with something most people hate. In fact, those who get creative and have fun with whatever life throws at them tend to live a flourishing life.

i love supernatural but it's good to know that it is a subscription based app. You have to pay for the app monthly or annually. There are other VR apps that are not subscription based Beat Saber, Thrill of the Fight, Audio Trip, etc.

But many times insurance will cover it. If they cover gym memberships, they cover this.

Still Meta shouldn't have been allowed to purchase the VR game Supernatural and it's game developers, and the FTC should've blocked it's sale.. That title would've been much helpful to the world if it was multi-patform and not exclusive to Meta Quest headsets.

swimming is the best exercise, albeit incompatible, so far, with such tech. but great start to normalizing VR use.

You can. I've been working out in Supernatural since 2020. It's fun, supportive, and you will get a great workout. I'm just another person who uses SN. There are other apps in VR that are great for working out such as Beat Saber, boxing Thrill of The Fight, etc. Good luck! also I don't really recommend getting used VR headsets but someone is probably selling a used Quest 2 for $100 if $300 for a new headset is too steep. Also SN is a subscription based app. It's worth it to me but you can also try out Beat Saber, Synth Rider, Audio Trip which are all just a one time purchase apps. Best of luck.

Yes, when circumstances allow for that. Often times, that's not the case, and people should do whatever works for them/us.

@@lassalaor you can prioritize. If you have 45 mins to video exercise then you have 45 mins to run/walk. And millions of people run regardless of the weather or time of day. Running at sunrise is pretty awesome experience

Exercise isn’t always supposed to be “fun.” It’s work and time that you want to put in. If not, that’s on you. It’s always better to have a short and long term goal of what you want, which helps build the consistency. VR won’t be able to develop that.
@TheSkyHive4 күн бұрын
I have to disagree with you that VR won't be able to help people with consistency. I've always loved to exercise,but not everyone does, so if VR offers them something to bring them back time and time again it's effective. I used a paid VR program called Supernatural to lose and keep of 50 pounds. You should look into the results people are having with Supernatural VR, it's incredible.
