She’s supposedly so scared of him, yet she blocks him, follows him, gets on the elevator with him, goes right after him to his apartment door. Yet, she’s so scared of him right? I saw her response video. She makes a good argument for herself, except I would never go hands on and try to physically block him (unless I saw someone about to harm another, then I will step in and try to help usually) She did. I think she's a little toasted and she meant to follow the rules by challenging someone trying to enter without a key fob. We don't see the video he shot before, so it's possible he was out of line too and he just edited that part out to save face. I think she realized he was telling the truth about half way through the encounter and was trying to do damage control but making it worse. She comes across like a lonely woman reaching out for the first warm body that came by. This is made even moire plausible when she revealed she was previously married to a black man. So I'm calling it a strict approach to the numerous letters from the office urging her to do just what she did; challenge anyone she doesn't know trying to get in. Coupled with some wine perhaps. It sounds like a wine buzz. Coupled with maybe she was attracted and hoped he did live there so they could meet.

KD Wells, at the :50 mark of this video, he mentions he buzzed himself in. The newscaster also mentions that a FOB was shown (in other videos, you can hear him jingling his keys/FOB in the air and her ignoring seeing it). In reality (from what I gather from other videos), he buzzed himself in out of habit but the door was already ajar (because she had it open for her dog) so he then proceeded to enter. She ignored him fob'ing the door. She ignored him showing his keys/fob. And in the elevator ride up to his apartment, she kept asking for the name of the friend he was visiting even though he repeatedly told her he lived there and wasn't visiting someone. She was just set in her belief that he didn't belong there and nothing he could say or do (buzzing himself in before entering, showing his fob to her, unlocking his apartment with his key) could get her to stop. Her behavior was inexcusably out of line but she's too dumb and arrogant to admit it and apologize for it.

You people are so fast to judge. Following them to their appartment is what you do when you meet someone who doesn't look like a resident and want to be sure it's not an intruder roaming around freely in your building. (I shall say that blocking the way is just weird and maybe a misuse of female "untouchableness", but I guess it's something you do when you feel protective about something.) Possibly, black people are underrepresented in this luxury appartment, hence her suspicion. Just like many police officers, her suspicion is based on her statistical experience. Bias/judgement on human appearance based on statistical experience is very problematic and should not be tolerated, but it's also very human and every human does it intuitively. Humans are flawed in countless ways and so is everyone reading this. This woman should be required to show a readiness to learn and should face consequences if she doesn't, but just from the video that we have seen, it's odd how many people demonize her.

You're all racists because you see the world through a racial lens. A non-racist person does not see race nor recognize so-called race. If you do indeed recognize race then the real question is WHO are you racist against and WHO are you racist in favor of? Racism will continue to exist in one form or another for as long as people identify people by race. That's right, merely recognizing race makes you a racist. In this example, CBS is racist by labeling the man as "black man" and the woman as "white woman" instead of identifying them as "man" and "woman". The real truth is, neither one of them are black and neither one of them are white. CBS is guilty of causing division and promoting racism - something all liberal and Democrat leaders are guilty of.

@@sunwun6167 When you dont call a black man black, it doesnt mean you are not racist. You are just blind lol. You dont know anyone of us so you cant say we are racist. Races do exist just like different races of animals exist. Because our skin tone and physical attributes have more similarities with people who come from the same place. Not everyone is from the same place. Thats how race works. Its not racist to call a black man black or a white man white. Its only racist if you put a negative perspective on it solely based on their race. Stop trying to make everything sound racist. You sound like those people who say they were raped just because you felt uncomfortable because a guy accidentally touched your shoulder with a skin particle of his pinky

It starts with him, a stranger to her, wanting to enter a locked building. She is in the door and asks him to use or show his key, since she doesnt know him. If he used 1 sec on this, that would have been all. Easy peasy. Instead he chooses to refuse, lie and push himself. He knows or should know that she is following house rules. We have the same practice where i live. U need to use or show your key, cause we dont let strangers into the building. Keeping it safe where we live. And race is no concern, we see individuals.

Erik Hasselberg at the same time don’t confuse what your building does with other buildings. It would be a different story if he was a member of that community that had that rule and he didn’t want to do so but seeing as this story and facts presents don’t have that as the case then he was not obligated to tell this lady any information. Everybody in this nation has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and he has the right to privacy about where he lives and who he gives information to. This lady was not the owner of the complex and did not handle the situation correctly and now is highly embarrassed by it. I’m not hating on you and the system you use but don’t assume just because you have a system that works for you means that it applies everywhere and someone should just let their right to privacy be violated.

D'Arreion Nuriyah Toles was in the wrong. He tried to go into the building when she was holding the door open for her dog. It's NOT OK just to walk into the building when another resident opens the door. She was just doing what the condo board instructed tenants to do. They sent out an email saying " NEVER ALLOW SOMEONE TO ENTER WHEN YOU ENTER OR EXIT " You shouldn't put people in a position of them being responsible for you gaining access to the building. He could have just waited ONE SECOND and entered the building with his own key. Etiquette and safety dictate that you use your own key to gain access to the building, otherwise, any stranger can just use a resident to gain access to a building. It is shameful that D'Arreion Nuriyah Toles turned this into a racial incident and getting a woman fired who was just trying to keep a stranger from gaining access to the building without using a key. If you watch the video, she says "use the keypad." WHY couldn't he do that? On top of trying to use her to gain access, he refused to say what unit he lived in! It is sad that so many people are condoning Tole's actions and condemning this woman. She didn't deserve to be fired.

This happens in some form or fashion, everyday Somewhere USA! If he were a white guy, she would never have questioned him, but because he was not she decided to be law enforcement. If someone was entering behind me, I would not expect then to allow it to close then open it. So if you live in a gated community, you should block the entry until the gate closes and let your neighbor open it with their remote? No, it’s courtesy. That courtesy must be extended to all or your biases will dictate how you respond.

BUT then he STILL refused to say his! All he had to do is WAIT ONE SECOND and open the door himself WITH HIS OWN KEY, not use her opening the door to gain access!

Having self control doesn't mean he respects her. He wants nothing to do with her and avoids her at all costs. This isn't a 90s sitcom where everything's all good and their sipping coffee at their fav diner. He avoided being physically violent and didn't even raise his voice. Because her action and reaction is what will show who she is. Him being angry would give "justification" to why she feels the need to do that. EVEN if she approached him first. He wanted to get home and have no issue or escalate it with her. Some people would rather get revenge on their neighbors but that never turns out right for either party.

With all due respect to the good men out there: Have you looked deeper and thought that maybe this isn't about you? Maybe it's not so much a his white/black thing, as much as it is a male/female thing? That's why the whole OJ-thing blew me away. It was a crime against a woman, at the hands of a man. But we have been conditioned to see things in black and white (black VS white). The 1% elites (who control ALL media) and their good ol' "Divide & Conquer" game. Unfortunately, there are a lot of black men committing crimes against wombmen, thus making all black men suspect in our eyes. I'm biracial, and can see both these people's points of view. Unfortunately, he couldn't disconnect from his filter (world view) long enough to see hers. There are probably very few men on this page that can. Perhaps my words will help, rather than inflame. It's gotten very dangerous for wombmen (of all skin tones) out there these days. It seems that every time I (and my daughter) have issues out in public, it's usually with black men. They are usually homeless, and in need a a mental facility/meds. But the money is going towards taking care of the illegals flooding our borders, instead. I see very few homeless illegal immigrants. Do you? It must have something to do with the (socially engineered?) breakdown of the black family. I've got to tell the truth. It's my job. Lol. I live in a good neighborhood, and there are homeless black men that are a real nuisance -- everywhere. Again, rethink Democrats and their illegal alien invasion. The money has GOT to come from somewhere. Why not the black community, senior citizens, etc.? These desperate and homeless black men make all other black men look bad to the unfamiliar eye. In my neighborhood alone, there is one on the corner outside of the local drugstore is always in a drunken/meth stupor, and defecating in people's driveways, lawns, etc. -- like an animal. Another just axed a white man outside of the local 7/11 for having the audacity to try and help him pay his bill. Another kidnaps the dogs tied up outside of the store while waiting for it's owner, to return, as well as neighborhood cats. He likes torturing, having sex with them, selling them for dog bait in fights, and to clinics for experimentation. The men perpetrating these crimes are not white, nor are they wombmen. And they're everywhere -- like the series "The Walking Dead." The police (several are my friends) can not do anything because of the Liberal politicians and their laws. Their hands are legally tied and bound by laws designed to keep us in a constant state of disharmony. And they're extremely frustrated. These are Democrat's laws -- the same Liberal Demoncrats flooding our borders with illegals (for votes and changing demographics). They are DONE with African Americans. Unless it's to help them win the vote. Caring more for illegals than they do their loyal African American voters. And yet African Americans are their biggest supporters. SMH. They have y'all hating on the white man -- when it's them and their sanctuary (for who?) cities, and their inherent lack of laws that are ultimately behind this nation's lawlessness. I'm biracial. And I am telling you what I see. All democrat-controlled cities are nothing more than urban plantations. Nothing ever changes. That might be because the black Demoncrat politicians are nothing more than gatekeepers. Open your eyes, and look around?! No racism involved on my part. Just telling it like I see it. If black men were being raped and murdered at the rate wombmen (of all races) are, on a daily basis -- there would be no more black men. Jussayin'. It's epic and epidemic. Most men don't usually give a damn; until they become "conscious" fathers of precious little girls -- or a female family member is assaulted. It's the nature of the beast: 666. Most men are clueless, and a wee bit selfish. They have no idea the dangers that we wombmen experience daily, just because we are seen as weaker and inferior. I get it for race AND gender. And that is why I get it. Lowlifes do and say things to us, that they wouldn't DARE say to the man that could kick their azzes. That's why I stay armed. Demoncrats better not come to me with any of their gun-grabbing BS. Jussayin'. Until the black community "owns" it's darker side, and starts policing itself, things will remain the same. Kanye was right. Don't hate. "Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance." - Albert Einstein. They (democrats) socially engineered the removal of the father from the home, and the welfare state (of mind). They only do well when they have "suffering" people to protect and serve. So what if they have to also create the circumstances that brought about the suffering in the first place? That's what they do. DEMONcrats. Lol. Unfortunately, the Democrats (who do you vote for?) have been giving the black community's jobs, schools, and neighborhoods -- over to illegals, for decades. They are your replacements. Wallow in hate, or WAKE UP, asap! The black community MUST now start policing itself. Taking responsibility for itself, weeding out it's troublemakers, and pulling itself up by the bootstraps. Just look at the youtube videos of black girls fighting each other like animals on the street after school. The fatherless children being raised by fatherless children. If a musician has sex with a 15 year old white girl, and gets caught -- it's off-to-prison time. That's because whites value their females more. On the otherhand: R. Kelly has unlimited sex with 15 year old black girls -- and HE"S STILL DOING IT!!! NO one will value the African Americans, until they value themselves and each other! Self respect doesn't come from the color of skin -- but the quality of the soul that resides within. There is no more time for anger and the blame game. No more "taking a knee." Take action -- instead. Kanye did -- and look at what he got in exchange from his brainwashed brothers and sisters? Y'all look down your noses at white Trump supporters -- but they are way ahead of you this time. It's not like it was in the 60's and 70's when we was woke. Our ineal glancds/3rd eye/God's eye has been calcified on purpose. (Hosea 4:6, Matthew 10:16) Proper and constructive action must be taken to fix this problem. Something has got to collectively change within the consciousness of the black family. Houses are built from the bottom up -- not the top down. Get involved. Don't believe what you see on the tell-lie-vision. Free your mind. No more time for finger pointing and resentment. It has gotten us nowhere. We learn this in our own personal lives, when dealing with the painful breakup of a relationship. It's best to get "woke" in order to see where you went wrong (collectively), and move on to better (not bitter) pastures. Those who are woke know that those who choose to wallow in hate and resentment-- usually don't fly too high. Jussayin'. (by Libertarian Avenger). 2) "2014 photo of detained children used as swipe against Trump" (by Fox News). 3) "The Reasons Why Democrats Are the Party of Slavery and Victimization | ZoNation" (by PJ Media). 4) "The Secret Meeting That Changed Rap Music and Destroyed a Generation" (by Mark Dice). 5) "African American invention and how they advance America" (by Haji Abdullah). 6) "Pt 1 Glenn Beck AMERICA'S BLACK FOUNDING FATHERS Founders' Friday" (by TedVoron). 7) "WHY THE DC ESTABLISHMENT HATES DONALD TRUMP" (by CleanTVcom). 7) "the Illusion of Reality ~ consciousness & quantum theory" (by Divine Journey). #thegreatawakening #operationmockingbird

So he doesn't break into anyones apartment. I'm a white guy and this has happened to me several times. People don't want strangers in their building.

But she followed him until he went into his apartment. So at that point she should have dropped it. If he was breaking in, he would not have a key.

For those who say he just should have complied, WHY???? This must be your mindset,,,show me your papers!!!! This could have turned out all sorts of ugly. What if he wasn't who he actually was. Oh,,,this self sense of entitlement is a dangerous mind. Not everyone is going to handle this type of disrespect and invasion of privacy with this much restraint.

He didn't move on with his life, you at least a video and accuse someone of being racist to get them fired, when she was literally doing her job by questioning someone she didn't know who did not scan into the building as that are required to by the tendency.

It's too bad the racist white woman in question didn't mind her own business because she used her white privilege to harm him. Too bad people like her aren't peaceful and not seeking to harm someone else for the color of their skin.

@@christopherbertram8170 first of all he didn't get her fired. She's fired of her own doing. She did this to her. This is the consequences of her own actions. Secondly, shes not the property manager; therefore this was not her job. Thirdly, she is a racist, profiling stalker who needs to mind her own business.
