Video from another officers bodycam close by the 9'th shot shooter clearly show that he could be seen on the roof. Search for Gray Hughes channel with video titled "Thomas Crooks Spotted In Body Cam" at timestamp 2:50 and you can see for yourself that even people on ground with camera on chest could see him. The bullet may have fragmented on the stock, not necessarily fragmenting the actual stock. Important part is the disruption of having frags in his face. When full coroners report comes out the extent of this shots importance will be clear.

You also did not mention that the Butler Police officer walking towards the parking lot saw Crooks on the roof at 18:08:45 and announced over the radio that "I see a man on the roof". Crooks can be seen running across the roof on the officers released body cam video. This happened about 2 minutes before Crooks fired his first shots. Two other officers saw this. Why didn't you mention this? They had two minutes to get Trump off the stage from this moment and they knew about it. The USSS snippers knew about it because they changed position. I was at Walmart on Sunday at the Sports Dept Cashier's counter; and chatted with a guy who was retired and had trained Navy Seals for 33 years. How incredible. He trained some Seals who became Presidential Secret Service Agents. So I asked him who the shooter was, and he said SS Team 2. To that I replied that Bongino said there was a third SS Platform that made the shot off to the left of the President which is clearly visible in videos when Trump is shot. He mentioned that he respected Bongino a lot; and that he had been a Seal. After that, he was a Presidential SS Agent for three Presidents. It was a 348-yard shot. He didn't say that he trained Bongino. I said that it would be nice if the shooter came forward. To which he replied that wouldn't happen. It was too dangerous for that individual to be identified.
