Agreed with Kyle. Poles has done more right then wrong. I highly doubt had he had complete freedom in deciding he would have kept Matt Eberflus who already showed he’s a DC not a HC. But the cheap McCaskeys passed on Harbaugh and Kingsbury. Now Vrabel is there a clear leader which is what they need which means they absolutely won’t hire him lol. Sad but true.

Lance Briggs made a good point. We need a coach who feels like Chicago. Tough. Can handle the press. Sense of humor. Maybe a bit nasty. I'm not caring if they're offensive or defensive. We need a bad ass coach who runs the team and the reporters. The only good thing about bigot Ditka as a coach was he didn't take shit from the press. We don't need anyone scared of the press. A bad ass coach is what we need. I like Flores. The fact Tua whined like a woman about Flores being a mean black man impresses me

Give Brown an opportunity to earn a job. But, it’s a hard pass on this list other than Vrable and Glenn. But no Ben Johnson?? Belichek is 73. Forget hiring a short term solution. If Bill was 63.. Sure, sign me up, but no thanks on a 73yr old HC. Not that he can’t do the job, but he’s not a long term solution. Flores is interesting, but seeing his relationship with his last QB.. Not sold on him leading Caleb

Kyle Long is a bonehead. More of a Never Was then a Has Been. He was never good in Chicago. Always hurt, always popping off his mouth, living off of his father's legacy.
