牛奶160克
雞蛋一個（蛋液55克）
高筋麵粉320克
（或中筋麵粉340克）
酵母3克
白糖30克
無鹽黃油35克
鹽3克
土豆餡：
土豆150克
水15克
無鹽黃油35克
海鹽2克(或普通鹽）
180°C或356°F
20分鐘
Tips:
*如果一個蛋液不足55克，可以用牛奶補足不夠部份。
*需要無蛋食譜，可以用40克牛奶替換55克蛋液
*麵團會因為加入土豆泥的緣故而粘手，在製作過程中可以在手上沾一些麵粉來防止麵團粘手

（or all-purpose flour 340g）
instant yeast 3g

Filling:

Unsalted Butter 35g
Salt 2g (or sea salt)
180°C or 356°F
20 minutes
Tips:
*If an egg liquid is less than 55 grams, you can use milk to make up for the insufficient part.
*Requires an egg-free recipe, you can replace 55g of egg liquid with 40g of milk
*The dough will be sticky due to the addition of mashed potatoes, you can dab some flour on your hands during the making process to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands
