hi and thanks for sharing. I really don't see any Lab links. Also, I was wondering if there is any way I can connect eve-ng pro with an external Juniper and/or Cisco L2/L3 Switch? I once , years ago did that using many cables and trucks in GNS3 connecting a Cisco Switch to GNS3. now, I'm on eve-ng Pro trying to do Juniper evpn, vxlan +iBGP. vmx, VSRA and VQFX are loaded and functional. Please advise.

Hey Knox. Great Job! One question though. is this lab work only in Eve-ng Pro, the cause is getting an error when uploading it to Eve-ng Comunity although I have all the required images.

​@@alexandershutov665 Лаба работала. Открывал в eve-ng v2.0.?-93 (или подобное), увидел, что у меня нет вкладки заданий и образы не соответствуют. Обновил Eve-ng до v2.0.3-110 и сразу обновил образ CSR 1000v до 17.01.01. Попытался открыть лабу и словил ошибку. В логах ошибка Knoxlab_UD.unl:node24 Node ignored, invalid node (20010). Если смотреть исходник лабы, то вероятно проблема с eve-gui-server, но не уверен. У вас какая версия eve-ng?

Итог следующий. Либо покупать Pro версию, либо не обновлять комьюнити версию, либо редактировать исходный файл лабы, заменив докер на другой тип, например vpcs.

Thanks for this Knox! Question. Any reason you decided to use IOL images instead of the vIOS ones? Asking because Eve-ng seems to freak on me if I don't have the exact version of IOL that you're using.

Hey Knox. Great Job! One question though. Is Eve able to emulate the whole SDA lab? I thought there was no way to virtualize the DNAC yet.

The SDA challenge does not have a DNAC component to it. It is rather focused on the Fusion routers and your ability to understand SDA design.

My VM has 24 vCPUs and 48 GB of RAM. It sits at 6% CPU and 47% RAM usage so that is way too much. You could get by with a lot less

Great!, How can we get images for devices in this topology. In my environment it says "Failed to start node"

You need a VIRL/CML license from Cisco. I do not know however if that will get you the images for SD-WAN (vSmart,vBond, etc) though. It will get you all the IOS/XR/XE images you need including things like vASA. Costs ~$200. For labbing/training stuff that's pretty insanely cheap. To do something on the scale he's doing, this is a LOT of devices, you'll need a pretty beefy rig to run it on.

Thank you very much Knox! I am stuck in starting the nodes. I am starting R8 as you describe it, however i cannot start it. It says R8: started but nothing can be started. I have 80 GB of storage and 15.3 gb or RAM in VMWARE.

Yes some do not have startup configs. The containers are built into EVE Pro and are installed with sudo apt install eve-ng-dockers
