Come on you two, move on from denial. Supes ended up hospitalized while Bruce went on to fight. Really, he did not win? Move on to the other stages of grief already like the rest of the internet, this fight has been making its way around online for months, so I have seen all 5 stages. Stage one: Denial that batman won. Stage two: Anger over Snyder, calling him a crack writer. Stage Three: Bargaining, and stating Supes could have won at X frame. Stage four: Depression, usually involves long breaks from forum discussions on the subject. Leaving mid conversation. Stage five: Acceptance, giving Bats this round, proud their man in blue has won others.

TheNinjaDC I don't think it's a win. The survival is..well not what i'd call a victory. Superman is Jokerized along with other Justice League members. I'd say Batman would be the victor when it's all over.

Damian was away back then for his atonement for the Year of Blood. It is said in Robin: Son of Batman that he learnt Batman's presumed death by coincidence while on the journey and return to Gotham because of it. And then Damian stumbled right on the Robin War.
