Kung d po kaya mag revolution ni current administration to change the Consti., sana mali po aq, China's act in the WPS, seems invasion, if armories get involved, RP gov"t will declare martial law, and things such as chacha will be the next step. astig po ng discussion nyo. Wish makapasok this 2021 sa law school. Gbu po.

Hi, atty. Thank you for this lecture. I would like to raise a question, hoping that you can address this. If CHR is a constitutional commission, why then it was separated from the other three? Thank you so much.

It is a const comm to some extent because it was created by the constitution itself. the reason why it is separated from the three other commissions is that it does not have the same prosecutorial powers like coa, csc and comelec. the reason chr is created is to comply with the aims of the consti to protect human rights that is why it is in Social Justice and Human Rights - Art 13.
