Hello Patrick. I got a speeding ticket couple days ago. Pryor to the speeding ticket my car was at the dealership because my speedometer cluster had stop working. The problem wasn’t fixed because the part needed to fix it was not in stock at dealership. It’s on back order. Can I present the diagnostic paperwork from dealership to the court or should I wait for the dealer to fix the problem and present both paperwork.

What impact is a speeding ticket, upon a TN license holder, in a PRivate owned vehicle, while attending truckers school. Not a CDL holder at time of ticket issuance?

I couldn’t afford a lawyer and I got a speeding ticket 15 over the limit I just started working that week and was coming home in my personal vehicle. Isn’t there a way to have this violation sealed so I can at least find a job?

There is no such person as a non cdl driver. FMCSA sec. 390.05 Driver one who operates a commercial motor vehicle. You attorneys are thieves and liers.
