I am on my way to getting stronger, but as a side note since I have started to do your weight training as a 66 year old I have noticed that my posture has improved I stand straighter and taller and stronger I want to thank you as always for your work outs and encouraging words!

I'm on my way to getting stronger. I lost 60 lbs. last year doing your step workouts. Life happened (slacked off on moving my body) and gained about 10 lbs. back. This morning, I'm finally back on track. I'm super excited for the next 29 days. 😊

I’m on my way to getting stronger… Again! I am a seasoned retired professional fitness instructor of 35 years. As I age I have had medical issues that have caused me to shelve some of my workouts. Just getting back after three months I have found I am starting from scratch and this class has been perfect! I’m also trying to get my husband to do it with me after a stroke, which has left him in a weakened state as well. Chris, your execution of moves your tips and your friendly manner are your calling! You are so excellent and we are so lucky to have you. I’ve been following you since Covid and spread the word to anyone who tells me they don’t like classes at the gym. I let them know that you have such a plethora of workouts for anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work… You are a treasure! Can’t wait for the next 29 days😅❤

I'm taking this opportunity to commit to a 30-day all around program with lesser intensity to focus on healing. Been side-lined from my fav STEP workouts and have replaced them with swimming, but now adding the full body component to round out my fitness plan. Omggg this was amazing! I started strength and weights 2 years ago and thanks to Chris I even bought a second pair of dumbells because I was getting stronger!!! I’m on my way to getting stronger . 11 months after my ablation , been doing step-board workouts a couple of weeks after the procedure and doing light dumbbell workouts plus following a plant-based diet .So far , I don’t have follow-up appointments at the doctor’s office anymore and stopped taking meds. Thank you Chris for this program , day 1 done :)

I’m on my way to getting stronger! Day 1 phrase for today’s 30 day challenge. I’m In perimenopause stage & the weight gain, body aches & much more are insane!! Has been such a struggle. I want to loose 50lbs. Back to where I was. Current weight 190lbs. I’m not giving up as I have tried many things, but I have recently changed my food choices drastically. Praying the combination will be the answer to break this vicious cycle. New Year! New Me! New Us! 🎉🙌I will come back in 30 days to give an update. Thank you for taking the time & effort to put this together to help everyone. I absolutely love people like you & your energy. I found you by accident but I can bet it’s going be great!!

Loved it, Chris! I like how you explain which muscles we are working and how there were "helper muscles" involved. I'm interested in the physiology when I'm doing specific moves. I also love how this program starts off slowly and will build from a foundation. Feels sustainable and the idea of progressing is exciting because it won't feel overwhelming 😊

I am not a beginner but was intrigued with this format as many of my friends are seniors who do not exercise on a regular basis. I did the workout with heavier weights as the pace was nice and slow. LOVED IT! and my shoulders are already feeling it. I'm going to encourage my pals to try this program. I'll let you know how they did.

I had tried working out to some of your videos (I love step) but it became unbearable to do, tried various medical procedures to help eleviate my knee pain, but they didn't help. I'm on my way to getting stronger... Two years ago I lost 150 lb. Wasn't at my goal weight but then lots of life changes happened... Divorce, new home, new job and I let my personal health go to the wayside. I've gained back about 50 lb but I am reinvigorated and ready to reach my target. I have about 100 lb to lose and feel so much better now that I've taken the first step.
