Back in January I started these step videos, and could only make it through 15 minutes…WITHOUT A STEP! Now, I am using my step more than half the time (the rest of the time I continue doing the steps on the floor), and today makes 3 workouts in a row making it through the entire video! Thanks for these great videos!

FOR BEGINNERS STRUGGLING TO GET THE MOVES; you can click on the upper right of the video; on a GEAR icon; then choose playback speed and select .75 or even .5; that plays the video at a slightly slower pace and you can watch moves more closely or just do the workout but still at a little slower pace. I have used this before and found it helpful, wanted to share.

Spent my morning with you did the 30 minute upper 30 minute lower and I even threw in the ab and core with the stability ball that we did last week! Great step workout I used two risers my heart rate was way up there and I was sweating and smiling thanks so much Chris 🙏❤️

OMG my first step workout since.... probably the 80's or 90's and I loved it! Was looking for something different than HIIT and all that and this was IT! Muscle memory kicked in to my 55 year old body and brain and I didn't miss a step! Will keep following and working out with you!! XO

Fun as always! Doubled up my risers and played around with some of the moves a bit to make it a bit more intermediate level and had a blast! Love that I’m able to take some of the more advanced stuff you’ve taught us and toss them into your basic classes… got a great brain workout too!

Thank you for an excellent step workout. I love the way you instruct. I have not done a step aerobics class in a very long time. The first time I followed your class was yesterday and I did it without the step and loved it. I was amazed that I could follow you. I did not finished but stopped about 5 minutes before it ended. Today, I tried it with the step but without the base and had to stop for a few minutes by doing it off of the step. I’m delighted that I pushed through and was able to complete the 30 minutes. Thank you so much for this great step aerobics basic class. Outstanding job! 🤗🤗👏👏💕

Hi Chris, I"m the one w/ the hip replacement. This morning I added a riser. Great challenge. I tried your basis cardio w/ an added riser first, mistake couldn't get through. This one I'm going to master is so I don't sweat bullets. Thank you so much, YOU ROCK

I used to love doing step classes years ago, but since moving house I've been unable to find a gym class which offers step. When I found this channel I was so stoked. I've had to start right from the beginning again as I had a serious knee injury a couple of years ago, and I love the progression of these beginner videos. I can learn all of the steps again while working on my coordination from home rather than at the back of a class. The 30 minute workout definitely gets a sweat on, and is now part of my regular cardio routine.

You're so welcome! I actually do not recommend that. It does not “tone your arms” to hold light weights for this. You will get your best results from doing an actual arm workout
