முதலில் வாகன ஓட்டிகள் வாகனத்தை எப்படி முறைப்படி சாலையில் ஓட்ட வேண்டும் என்று சொல்லி கொடுத்து விட்டு மேற்கொண்டு திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்துங்கள்.இல்லை என்றால் எந்த தீட்டம் கொண்டுவந்தாலும் பயனில்லை. சாலை விதிகளை மதிக்க தெரியாதவர்கள் இருக்கும் வரை எல்லாமே வீண்.

Since I lived for 6 years in US, their rules for high speed can be applied to all highways in Tamilnadu. No unwanted shops or feeding roads in highways. Only designated inlet and outlet roads to highway. If there are shopping areas in highway, they should be not on roads but need to drive into them like F1 pit lanes and then out. These ones never connect to the towns outside of highway. Finally speed limits that make sense. No one can drive at 40 in most roads in Chennai as the traffic itself will move at 60 easily with some acceleration. Set correct speed values that make sense. Not speed limits set for slow moving vehicles. If we do these, we might one day be able to overcome the traffic problems of Tamilnadu

1985இல் நான் ஒரு TVS XL மொபெட்டில் பரங்கிமலையில் இருந்து சென்ட்ரலுக்கு 20 நிமிடத்திற்குள் சென்று விடுவேன். இன்று அதிக சக்தி கொண்ட பைக் இருந்தாலும் சாத்தியமில்லை. அண்ணா சாலை பெரும்பாலும் அநேக இடங்களில் அன்று இருந்த அதே அகலம்தான் இன்றும் இருக்கிறது. சாலை விரிவாக்கத்திற்கு இருபுறமும் நிலமெடுப்பு சாத்தியமே இல்லை என கூறப்பட்டது. ஆனால் வாகனங்களின் எண்ணிக்கையும் பரிமாணங்களும் பலமடங்கு பெருகி விட்டது. இந்த லட்சணத்தில் அண்ணா சாலையின் இரு ஓரங்களிலும் ரயில் பாதையா ?

சென்னைக்கு தேவையில்லை அங்கு எக்க சக்க ரயில் வசதிகள் உள்ளன. ஆகையால் இதை திருச்சி ஈரோடு திருப்பூர் நெல்லை தூத்துக்குடி இராமநாதபுரம் ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களில் செயல் படுத்தலாம்

Chennai should have Mono Rail also like Singapore, Malaysia etc. Chennai will be distinct from other cities if it has this. Also this is highly risk. People will cross the lines just like that and traffic will cause accidents since ligt metro will not have any compound walls in the road. Our people will drive their vehicles in the tracks ment for light metro n they wont allow train to go...

In Chennai , ADAMBAKKAM consists of Balaji Nagar, Sakthy Nagar, Income Tax Streets, Vel Nagar First street, second Street, third St and its extensions, Lotus St, Malikai St, D A V School area, Prince School area are not having government transport facilities to reach other parts of Chennai. Humbly request to the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, Transport Minister, and concerned authorities to take action to introduce buses, Metro, Light Metro through these areas for the convenience of these areas.

இது ஒரு பார்வை கவரும் திட்டம். நல்ல வழி என்றால் சாலையை விட்டு vertical space பயன் படுத்தி ஆட்டோமேட்டிக் traffic management செய்யும் pod transport தான் உகந்தது. தேவைக்கேற்பதான் அது ஒடும். எந்த வழியை நாம் select செய்தாலும் அதுவே traffic adjust செய்துகொள்ளும். Full vehicle capacity பயன் படும். நாட்டின் முதல் traffic management பெரும் பிரச்சினை.

Compared to nearby neighborhood areas Velachery and Nanganallur Balaji Nagar , D A V School , Sakthy Nagar Areas are not connected with Chennai by Government Buses. There are no shared autos.

Mogappair needs a Metro Rail link. It is developed area with residential homes, Offices, It parks, Schools, colleges and hospitals. But our area is not linked by suburban too.

Out of the world laziness and selfish thought, it's a metro line not a bustop, how far is annanagar metro from mogappiar? Walk or cycle or bike from mogappair to annanagar then catch a metro train,thankgod you didn't ask for central station because mogappiar is your home

@@ramasubramanian007 do you know the size of Mogappair? From Tirumangalam Metro to Mogappair West is more than 4km and normally takes 15min. The nearest Suburban to Mogappair west is Korattur at a distance of 5.5km and takes 20 min. And by what you say, it can be well understood that you are selfish of Mogappairs growth.

சென்னை மெட்ரோவுக்கு மக்கள் ஆதரவு நன்றாக உள்ளது. அதுவே சென்னைக்கு போதுமானது. இது தேவை இல்லாத ஒன்று. சென்னை பேருந்துகளை மேம்படுத்தினாலே போதுமானதாக இருக்கும். சென்னைக்கு நிறைய AC பஸ்கள்தான் தேவையாக உள்ளது. பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் எந்த பேருந்துக்கு அதிக மக்கள் நின்றுகொண்டு இருக்கிறார்களோ உடனே LED வசதியில் அந்த பேருந்துக்காக எண்களை மாற்றி அனுப்ப வேண்டும். இதனால் நெரிசல் இருக்காது.

Already all our Roads are narrow and Congested. No pavements for pedestrians to walk. For Tram lines there should be dedicated Corridors otherwise existing Vehicles will be driving on Tram lines.

They are building this to control the traffic in future U couldn't compare any city in tn with Chennai because it is Metropolitan city Chennai is Competing big metros like Mumbai Delhi Bangalore not Trichy kovai Madurai in this video they would have mentioned clearly Even with bus, Local trains,metro,call taxis in peak hours every mode of transport is full to reduce the traffic they will bulid it's due to population not roads

Ambattur Mogappair should be connected by metro they are always neglected.ambattur industrial estate and has so many it companies and other industries .it is the most important region that needs good connectivity

Suggestions:: createoppotunities in all places other than chennai. Improve other places also. Shift state head quarters to centre place. Then no need for such improvements.

These things would have planned in 1980s itself. Because from 1983 onwards, the village people in different parts of Tamilnadu started up their journey towards Chennai for their livelihood. So the population was just 1 crore in Chennai in 1980s. Now we can't imagine the population. The Tamilnadu government since 1980 have not made any kind of job opportunities in southern districts of Tamilnadu. Every body from villages tell that நாங்கள் பிழைப்பை தேடி மெட்ராஸ் வந்தோம்.. You can see that working people throng Koyambedu bus stand and central and Egmore railway station s during major festivals time like Diwali and Pongal. Just imagine 100 odd special trains, + thousands of Omni buses, and more than 25000 special buses from TNSTC. so now the floating population in Chennai is around 5 crores. It is impossible task for this small metro like trams ( 1970s)
