Watching your video gives me a feeling of inner peace in side me. As a cargo pilot flying around the world i miss this kind of life, days , months are numbers for me with no time to relax and no time to turn off the switch. I lost my wife at a young age so till now flying keeps me on my feet and make the best of it 😏. Maybe when i'm done and landing for the last time i hope to find a place like yours. I'd love to know what ages are the residents, do you have community events throughout the year, what does buying a property cost and and building cost up there and what does restaurants and shops pay? How many doctors and others work in your hospital? How long does it take to get to the mainland by air and by water? KZbin just recommended your channel and I watched about 15 vids last night. You do splendid work!

You have more sun where you are than we do down here in Sydney, Australia. 10.30pm your time looks like my day today, grey & overcast with no sun because it is visiting you guys. It might not be 15 degrees below zero here but at 16 degrees it feels just as cold because of the grey skies which we have had more days this year than sunny blue skies because we are going back to back with an El Nino.

What a ride down the slope on your sled! That looked like so much fun and then you stated how fast you all were going. The weather was perfect for a long cabin weekend and nothing feels as good as a cozy fire in your stove and lots of hot coffee (I drink mostly iced coffee!)
