You're doing exactly what I do. I started a diet because I saw you doing it and I am down 18lbs in the last 6 weeks. You were right, coffee fits the bill. I hadn't drank coffee in 1.5 years and when I did drink coffee, it was 1 a day. I now drink 2 to get me through half the day.

I tried In And Out (drive thru) for the first time today! I got the #2 Cheeseburger and fries with a Diet Coke. One opened last May in Northwest Houston Area (Willowbrook). Took it home and zapped in the micro a little because it cooked off in transit). But it was good. I enjoyed it. Happy Fast Food Food Day! I didn’t even know it was a day today, when I decided.to go to In And Out.

Umm that looks good especially the In and out. Just a tip you should be more concerned about sugar intake than calorie intake. Staying way from the buns and getting a lettice wrap does the trick. Think Keto or Low Carb.

Actually....The very first McDonald's is in Des Plaines, Illinois. Founded in 1955 by Ray Kroc. Hamburgers, Fries,Shakes and Drinks only. Only 590 calories in a burger is pretty good.

As a British person living in America I thought it was just my accent that makes it incredibly difficult to order at drive-thrus. Turns out it's probably just a combination of the terrible 80s intercom systems and also the workers not always being ready to understand anything more complex than "big mac with fries please".That made me feel better, thanks Adam!

Adam, ya gotta go try Ramona's Mexican Food restaurants. They've got locations all over Los Angeles, plus they sell a less impressive version of their famous burritos at 7-Eleven, but for the best experience order their hands made fresh custome made burritos at their restaurants. -- my favorite are their Bean and cheese burritos with rice, hot sauce and green onions. SO GOOD! Their Taquitos are also AMAZING. Ramona's is Mexican food served with an Sonoran kick, and their food is SO GOOD!!!

The granddaughter also insists on pushing her charitable endeavors in the customer's faces a bit too much in my opinion. It's fantastic to care about others, but I don't want to see a lap mat talking about child abuse. It's a downer.
