The Grand Plaza
A different experience every time you visit. Three decks open to create an airy venue you might find in a cosmopolitan city. Our iconic chandelier hangs proudly above the Martini Bar, taking center stage with our talented bartenders at night during their exciting Flash Flair Fusion performance. With everything it has to offer, the Grand Plaza is the place to see and be seen.
Entertainment on Ascent
The entertainment aboard Ascent raises the bar on entertainment to even greater heights. With hand-picked, top-class artists and musicians from all over the world, we have two separate casts onboard to delight our audiences in various venues and unexpected moments throughout the cruise.
Rooftop Garden
What better place could there be to gaze at the sea than float pools that are cantilevered over the open ocean? This feat is one of the highlights of our Rooftop Garden, which extends right over the water’s edge.
Resort Deck
The Resort Deck is unlike any other outdoor space at sea-or anywhere. Here, you’ll find endless ways to enjoy the outdoors and connect with the sea, including the Rooftop Garden, the adults-only Solarium pool, and the Main Pool-an asymmetrical space surrounded by an outward-facing, terraced pool deck, so while unwinding poolside, the ocean views become the main focal point.
The Magic Carpet
Welcome to one of the best places to take in views from the water’s edge. The Magic Carpet® is a cantilevered, floating platform that reaches heights of 13 stories above sea level. Majestically situated on the starboard side of the ship, it makes Celebrity Ascent's sleek profile recognizable from miles away. Eden

The Solarium
On the Resort Deck, you’ll find one of the most popular spots on every Celebrity Ship-the adults-only Solarium. The Solarium features a pool and hot tubs for your relaxation. Grab a light bite for breakfast or lunch at The Spa Café and Juice Bar or order your favorite beverage or cocktail from your waiter. Danny - Would you do a video on Celebrity cruises and its accessibility program onboard its Edge class ships? I notice you feature the accessible staterooms, but I would like to see how other special needs are met such as assistance getting on/off ship including tenders, medical needs, how easy it is to navigate throughout the ship in a wheelchair/scooter, special accommodations in the dining rooms with walkers, etc. or interview a crew member who can highlight these questions.
