Celeriac with leek is better than meat! Simple and delicious potato recipe!

Discover how to make these delicious stuffed baked potatoes that are perfect for any meal! In this video I show you step by step how to stuff large potatoes with an aromatic mixture of fried celery, onions, leeks, garlic and cherry tomatoes. The whole thing is rounded off with a touch of Sriracha sauce for a slight spiciness.

📋 INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes:
2 large potatoes
Salt
olive oil
Sauce:
1/2 head of celery (about 1/2 lb or 225 g)
1 - 2 tbsp margarine
1 onion
1 leek
1 clove of garlic
10 cherry tomatoes
Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the potatoes for 50 - 60 minutes in a fan oven.

Sei bravissima! Fai venire la voglia di cucinare anche a me che non mi va mai! Al posto del sedano rapa (che non sempre si trova) si possono usare dei ceci, in modo da considerare anche una parte più proteica.
