📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
70 g red lentils (1/3 cup)
1 shallot
olive oil
1 carrot
2 cloves of garlic
250 g chickpeas (1 1/4 cups)
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tsp Italian herbs
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp psyllium husk
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Dressing:
125 ml Sambal Oelek (1/2 cup)
40 g ground almonds (1/3 cup)
60 ml water (1/4 cup)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Bake:
Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F). Bake for 15 minutes, then bake again at 220°C (428°F) for another 15 minutes on top/bottom heat.
