Let’s start the day with an 18-minute full-length yoga routine to mobilize your body.
➡️ This routine is perfect for morning stretches to activate your body mobility for a healthier mind and body. Follow along as I show you this advanced and not traditional stretch class.
Remember that activating mobility work looks easy from the outside, but is really tough on the inside. If you're finding this hard then, you are not alone!
I was shaking when I filmed this video. Also, this isn't a traditional stretch class, because it works the ACTIVE mobility of the body. This is healthier but HARDER! May the yoga force be with you!
Lean in, breathe deep, and stretch it out!
