REDPILL 🔴💯®️CELIBACY is good for the mind and the body and the soul. However if you are pleasuring yourself you are not celibate To be celibate you would have to abstain from all types of sex natural sex also self pleasure sex. But I will name a few 1. sex of the mind 2. sex of the body 3. sex of the soul what people call celibate is actually sexual fasting which is different than being celibate.
