You extracted all the wisdoms in a single visit? We usually do two on one side...and after healing we extract the teeth from other side. Is it comfortable for patient post op??

That makes no sense. Why put the patient through 2 healing periods. If a person had 4 fingers with gangrene on the tips of the 4 fingers, would you remove the tips of those fingers 1 or 2 at a time, making the patient recover from the surgery multiple times? The recovery from removal of 4 wisdom teeth is no worse than the recovery from removal of 2 wisdom teeth. Remove all 4 wisdom teeth at the same appointment with IV sedation and painless and profound local anesthesia. Take your practice to the Top Tier. I am curious how old the Panorex was. In particular tooth #17 looks huge compared to the Pano.

I'm not sure, I send patients to another office for panos and cone beams. Economy of space and $ in my office. I don't take enough panos and cone beams to justify the office space or financial outlay to own them alone. It's like a vacation home hours away or a plane ride away from where you live. When I was in my 30s a financial planner told me my wife and I would come out far ahead if we rented the finest hotel or house when we took a vacation vs. owning a distant vacation home when you account for taxes, insurance, maintenance and emotional energy spent. Plus you feel like you need to go to that vacation home every time you take a vacation. I feel the same way about large ticket items in my practice I do not use all time. An Endodontist and oral surgeon near my office have cone beams and a near by orthodontist has a pano. Take your practice to the Top Tier. Are you referring to IV sedation or oral sedation? What would you like to know?

I cannot teach you sedation on a video, especially IV sedation. You must get certified for sedation, at least in the US.

No, I was certified in IV sedation during a post dental school, 2 year oral surgery "fellowship" at Baylor College of Dentistry. I am not an oral surgeon, but have 2 years of office/clinical oral surgery training (extractions, wisdom teeth, implants, grafting, pathology, etc. ). I do not know of an post dental school IV sedation courses. Take your practice to the Top Tier.
