@Sean Harper I just read an article today stating that there are protests demanding that her cases be reviewed. The problem is that there were so many people involved in this injustice it'll be like hunting down Nazis that lived out very comfortable lives in South America after sending people to the ovens. The people involved in the Central Park Five case advanced their careers off of it and profited from it. I think they should sue her for the book money she's made over the years.
@seanharper8788
@seanharper8788 5 жыл бұрын
MoesTube1 that makes sense, it's a hard pill to swallow but I understand how complex it would be. But your right they should sue for the money she has made over the years as some form of compensation and punishment for the wicked acts she carried out. They also need a new way to review lawyers and police officers, and not let them investigate themselves. Yes, they will be scandal after scandal and a lot of firings, but only then will the people have faith in the system again and the evil ones rooted out.

@MrGreyjeep I think you should correct that to Law Enforcement in general. Cops latch onto a stupid hunch and refuse to let go of it even if all the damning evidence is saying the opposite. There is a huge racial element to this as well, not gonna say there isn't, but the other key problem is Cops doing people dirty. Like say you get arrested for something you didn't do cops on the way to the station will talk loudly about the circumstances of the case, "I can't believe someone would shoot someone with a harpoon." you get there you're questioned and you say, "I didn't shoot no one, I don't even know where to get a harpoon." next thing you know the cops are like, "Who mentioned that the murder weapon was a harpoon." And conveniently every conversation that is normally recorded in a police cruiser has issues with the tape and you just named the murder weapon. Congrats you just got screwed by the cops. Number one lesson I learned from all this stuff never talk to the cops period, your only answer should be Lawyer now. I should say, up here in Canada there is no doubt an issue with racism, just not the extent of the united states. I don't even know how you'd begin to address the institutional racism at every single level.

@@generalblade7504 it's funny because Donald Trump didn't take money from Linda Hillary Clinton took money from Linda for her campaign Obama and Hillary had lunch with linda. Joe Biden wanted 53 crimes to be punishable by death his 1994 crime Bill disproportionately targeted the black community up until his 1994 crime Bill there were no mandatory minimum sentences for nonviolent drug offenses but because of Joe Biden the black community had millions of people taken and put in for-profit prisons for nonviolent drug offenses with mandatory minimum sentences some including life if it was a conspiracy charge. But you guys want to bring Donald Trump into this? Donald Trump's first stop second Chance act program let thousands of black men out of prison Obama talked about it but Donald Trump didn't. I don't see Joe Biden or Kamala Harris letting anybody out of prison. It has nothing to do with white people apologizing it's the fact that none of the people Republican or Democrat will apologize for anything. The 1994 crineville ravished the black community and other communities that are minority. they took men away from children fathers away from their children mothers away from their children children away from their parents young men and women felt like they had to go and join a gang and sell drugs and commit crime to make money to support the family because they had no other recourse to get money because they're not offered the same opportunities as everybody else is. They had to make money to help support their families because their mothers or fathers are in prison with mandatory minimum sentences or they're targeted by the police because of the 1994 crime bill. That 1994 crime bill made police radical the stop and frisk that Rudy Giuliani put into place that Joe Biden backed and thought was a good idea Hillary Clinton called black men super predators Joe Biden didn't want black children to be on the same bus as white children. Kamala Harris actually called him out during a presidential debate about bussing. Now I voted for Hillary it wasn't until I started doing my own research after she lost and I started hearing all the stuff coming out that it really made me sick as to what the Democrats have done. I don't see anybody getting out of prison or saying that Joe Biden is doing anything to help anyone in the black community get out of prison. Actually Kamala Harris made her career I'm putting black men in prison actually she put them in prison for marijuana and non-violent drug offenses when she was the attorney general even when she knew somebody wasn't guilty she still didn't want them to get out of prison. Maybe you should go look up some of the stuff that I'm saying and maybe your opinion would change about some of the people that you guys support. Yes back in the day he wanted the death penalty to come back but Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama supported her they supported what she did they supported her after Hillary Clinton supported her throughout her career. The Biden Crandall the 1994 crime bill made mandatory minimum sentences for nonviolent drug offenses like I said conspiracy was punishable by life in prison. It's absolutely disgusting that anybody wants to act like Donald Trump is the problem when he was a businessman he wasn't a politician Hillary Clinton when she was the Secretary of State could have made changes Joe Biden had eight years to make changes Obama had 8 years to make changes actually Biden had 47 years plus the years that he was the vice president and now to make changes and they made no changes to the system. But Donald Trump made the first step second chance at maybe you should look that up and see how many people have been helped and run out of prison because of that and maybe your views would change on who really cares about the black community.

It's more than one person's fault, not only does it involve her but others as well. They should be exposed!!! Justice is needed!!!

She's as fiction as her books, she derived from her imagination that the five young men were guilty and changed the true events to make it stick. She handled this case like she was writing her next fiction novel. They were not young men in her eyes they were characters. I hope her next novel titles: Waking up to reality in a 4 x 6 cell.

Let's not pretend that prosecutors could care less if you are guilty. They want that guilty verdict whether you're innocent or not. About the being black thing, it is a shame that this is the way things have gone in our country.

Jamey this is how things have been in this country for quite some time. In 2016 a young black male was released after spending 9 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. He was 15 at the time and was accused of killing four people... kzbin.info/www/bejne/hIeaeK2bpdx5prc

Jamey Summers It’s BEEN this way since Jim Crow. This is nothing surprising. This is just the first time we’ve seen any resemblance of justice and even then this isn’t the full justice they deserve. They deserve more money. Trump deserves to be impeached. Fairstein deserves jail. And so does Eizabeth Lederer.

Soooooo; the DA didn’t find any wrongdoing or unprofessionalism. Well guess what. He wouldn’t admit it even if he did. That’s the way DAs work.

I read a story of a person who found a diamond in a common area. I read story of a little girl who found a Viking sword that was thousands of years old and intact. Mr. Vance says: no evidence was found of misconduct by prosecutors. Well...how many stories have you read of people finding things? Thousands, hundreds of thousands of people walk around and over that diamond. But only one person found it. Now...thing is it was always there.

While we are canceling Linda Fairstein, we also need to address Lisa Evers of Hot 97/Fox 5 fame as well. She was a member of The Guardian Angels in the 1980’s and applauded when the now Exonerated Central Park Five were originally convicted. Please refer to the Ken Burns Central Park Five Documentary and The Raymond Santana Episode of The Combat Jack Show Podcast.

kelly Goodman please do. Listen to the Raymond Santana interview on The Combat Jack Show then Listen to the Lisa Evers interview on The Combat Jack Show. She was reluctant to apologize for that. Don’t take my word for it, research yourself. The proof is right there.

False imprisonment should lead to the accuser getting the same amount of time TRUE victims spent in jail for a crime they didn't commit. Theres no other way to stop ppl from preying on others... if there is I'm open to opinions
