The idea of sending the rough cut to the content repurposing team is 🔥 -- I've been sending content to them once the edit is complete and typically missed out on days (sometimes weeks) development time for my content repurposing team.

Yes it really is a time saver. It’s all about building the right systems and processes and then simplifying them and optimising them. Thank you for your comment. If you’d like me to cover a topic, feel free to ask in the comments and if I cover it in a video, I’ll give you a shout out 🚀

@@CEOEntrepreneur My workflow is not very smooth at the moment... it's a bit turbulent lol but I'm getting there. I enjoy creating content & repurposing it. I have an amazing VA, helping with my blogs, especially when it comes to a grammar. And I have a pleasure working with @JustinaVideo & can't thank her enough for a success of my channel. Do you have downloadable PDF of the graph you are sharing in your video?

I will have a free downloadable PDF of the charts in this video and next week's video as next week, I'll be going through the most recent phase and in a bit more detail ... the link will be in next week's video as I want to give you everything! Stay tuned!

what software did he use to build these workflows?

I do assess our processes but I haven't made a formal chart for it. My team gets upset when we change directions but when I do assess the situation, and do change, it is always best but can cause a lot of stress and frustration. If we had regular check ins and communication I would probably have less push back when we shift. I do have weekly meetings with all of my staff members to tell everyone what is going on and review issues. I find this has helped us. I do need to put more of these phases into my business strategy. I had not ever thought to do it. I am wondering what data you would be looking at to check in and see if you should move forward or not.
@CEOEntrepreneur2 жыл бұрын
Great Question. The idea here is to not overcomplicate, otherwise people won't use it. So try to think about the most important outcomes you want from a process and what they look like. Then backtrack to see how these outcomes would be during the different stages. Then you can figure out how you can check to see if at each stage you are hitting the criteria you have set. Also try to think about when certain things haven't gone to plan. Figure out why and do a mini post mortem. As they say, hindsight is great... so at this point go back through what happened and at what point things went wrong or at what stage you would've known this is not going to plan. That's where you create your future checkpoints so that you save yourself the agony of going down that path again. Hope that helps!

I found when I have tried to re assign roles within the organization, there were a lot of problems. People do not want to shift into new roles. They want to stay in their original role and they feel resentful and they are not willing to move forward in the direction the company needs them to move, however they still want pay raises and they want to continue to do the same thing at the same pace as before. Hiring from within doesn't always work out. It does sometimes but sometimes it is a disaster.
