What is Skincare?
Skin care is the process of taking care of your skin. The three basic steps of a skin care routine are cleansing, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen (at least SPF 30 and broad spectrum). You should use a cleanser or face wash and moisturizer in your morning skincare routine and nighttime skincare routine. In your morning skin care routine you also want to include a sunscreen.
What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.
Skin care or skincare is important for healthy skin. Skincare routine or skin care routine only needs three steps, cleanser (foaming cleanser or hydrating cleanser) or face wash, moisturizer or lotion or cream, and sunscreen. Toner, serum, essence, face mask, eye patch, eye cream, and face oil is extra but can help for healthy skin, smooth skin, and glowy skin.

I have tried numerous face washes, but none was as effective as little extra riceberry face wash. It's made with black rice and white mulberry, and brighten and gives an instant glow to my skin. True. But the cerave really burns my skin (so does their facial moisturizer. But I like the eye cream). The cetaphil doesn't hurt. So I use a micellar water and follow it up with the cetaphil. It takes everything off this way.

To achieve smooth, glowing skin: 1 - Staying hydrated is key. It's beneficial. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day. 2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once. 3 - I stay away from all types of soap. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Combined, these practices contributed to my clear, radiant skin free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

Cetaphil is 10x better. I’ve been using cetaphil since I was 15 and had very awful facial eczema. I’m 24 now & still use it and my skin is very clear, smooth , bright, & youthful looking. I’ve tried Cerave in the past a few times and hate it. Cerave Irritates my skin, doesn’t leave my skin feeling clean , and it also dull too. The moisturizer does nothing but dry my skin. Cetaphil is a game changer. Love it ❤️

I use Cetaphil gentle cleanser and used to use the daily but I prefer the gentle and I also use the exfoliating cleanser with the gentle cleanser I really recommend these products! They don’t sting my eyes(I put it in my eyes to test lol) reduces oil helps with acne and cleans really well my skin feels amazing after!

I’ve noticed how ppl who use cera ve still have either dry skin or a lot of acne. Cetaphil keeps you moisturized while also cleansing the oils and acne from ur pores. It’s way more effectivd

They r both for dry skin you can get the CeraVe foaming cleanser which is for people with oily skin you can get the la Roche posay blue cleanser which is for oily skin and there are cetaphil cleaners which are for oily skin :)
