Krave was the only sugary breakfast option available at Basic Military Training down at Lackland AFB, Texas when I went through back in 2016, and the most consistent source of chocolate we got outside of the protein bars. In Australia we have both Raisins and Sultanas. But that cereal is made using Sultanas due to the way the grape is processed. A raisin and a sultana are produced from the same grape - Thompson seedless. The only difference is the way they are dried. A raisin is dried naturally, but a sultana is dipped in vegetable oil and acid and then dried.

No I was once on the same boat as you guys, I made fun of my dad day after day for eating his cardboard and rubber. It was only once we ran out of the obesity causing cereals that I tried Raisin Bran. It actually isn’t that bad, I mean there really isn’t any added sugar so it’s pretty healthy for you. I would put it a little above plain Cheerios on the health meter while also tasting a little better with the raisins. AND I HATE RAISINS so tell me how it’s possible that I like this cereal? I don’t know. I don’t know... it’s a magical feeling when you eat Raisin Bran and finally realize... that the gates to heaven are open to anyone. All you need to do is find them. Amen
