Wow! I was told years ago to avoid overhead stuff like shoulder presses and pull ups. I did resume pull downs and do pull-ups w assist right now to build back up. I get tweaked now and again. I dead hang a lot from a pull-up bar. Feels good. Because I was told to. It do so many things, I lost my bigger, rounded shoulders.

Hello. I just got that pinched nerve and it is extremely painful spreading to my right arm. Can cervical radiculopathy go away without surgery?

Consult doctors, they will give pain relief medicines and most probably isometric exercises. It all depends on the mri of the spine. This exercise helps me with other isometric exercises but that's me. A common thing to do is don't sit in front of a computer for long, don't let the bulge get worse. All the best man

I workout everyday and this has been very frustrating now that i have no strength in my shoulder/arm. Is this something that will go away, and i should be able to go back to lodting how i used to or should I accept that i will have to love with havi g my arm weak Thanks for any feedback toi can peovide. No weight is the way to go if you are very weak. You need to make sure that your neck is in the proper position.

Cervical spondylosis can be reversed. Yes, it can be!! Cartilage regenerates but very slowly!! Take supplements for cervical spondylosis. Firstly strictly carnivore diet. Strictly! Supplements Collagen/gelatin 20-30 grams Resveratrol Pycnogenol Olive oil 30-40 ml Aloe vera juice Orange peel powder Pomegranate peel powder or seed powder All polyphenol supplements like quercetin fisetin rutin luteolin hesperidin apigenin etc

Hi Online Earning, Great question! You want do it throughout the day for as many times as it feels comfortable doing so and without losing form. You should do it long enough where the muscles feel tired but do not do it if you feel any pain. 🙌

Hello!! Why do you want the shoulders to shrug?? I would have thought with extra UT engagement you would get extra compression on the cervical vertebrae further aggravating the issue.. could you explain please

I think it depends on how serious the cervical disk bulge is and basically shrugging makes the shoulder muscles and the back muscles that pull the neck into the correct position more strong so chances of disk bulge recovering with healthy muscles is more.

No it will help. Try without weights of you are too weak to do it with weights.

I don't recommend the overhead shrug with shoulder impingement on top of CR. Quite harsh on the rotator cuffs even without weights.

​@@ed1927cuz his spines mri is different, disk bulge is mild, mid and huge bulges. So the exercises may vary with different situations.
