I have a whole regimen but in a pinch the towel behind the neck then have a buddy pull upward gently until you can think straight to try some stretches. Topical THC, take a soft yet tough ball like a dog toy and sit against it and massage. Don't use something without give. Corner stretch, grab a bar with both hands and hang back, band exercise-hang band off of wall at shoulder height and pull down. Don't lean forward at a desk, lean back, have arm supports that are padded. Kratom. I can't take ibuprofen so @@db19892k7
