Great vid. Next 2 should b on the Medici family: the masters of Florence, and Mary Stewart Queen of Scotland 🏴. Tell us the real history compared to the Netflix and CW show. We all do know that Regin is a teen drama, full of court scandals; but what’s the true history of Mary? So her and Medici next.

Love how Assassin creed got almost everything right. Ezio wounded him so badly and then dropped him because cesare kept saying that he will not die by a man's hand. So ezio left him to his fate and he fell back into the battlefield wounded by ezio and it must have been at tht time tht he must have been killed. And everyone must have thought that cesare died due to the wounds he got from the war

An interesting fact you could add is how every modern image/art piece of Our Saviour Jesus Christ is a combination of the Byzantine Image of Christ and the appearance of Chesere. Since the Catholic church is highly involved with iconography, and the Image of Christ form the Byzantine mosaics that depict a Hebrew, Rodrigo thought it would help the European populace to have images of their God that slightly resembles them more. Chesere wasn't to different from the Byzantine depictions , thus the Pope ordered all further images of the Son of God to be made more European by blending Byzantine depictions with the likeness of Chesere.
@pharaohsmagician83292 жыл бұрын
Very interesting thank you! I wonder what other aspects of the story other than just the images have been changed throughout the centuries, and then what aspects of the original Judism have changed since their original inception even earlier than that
@ivanstrydom84172 жыл бұрын
@@pharaohsmagician8329 when it comes to literary works numerous small alterations will take place inbetween each translation, since every mind works differently,it perceives every aspect slightly differently. Thus small changes are certainly present up until 500AD when the definitive rendition of the Bible was agreed upon ,thus every Bybel within the mighty Byzantine empire , in Western Europe and in India were all set to the exact same standard of contents ,but as ever, with translation ,small alterations do occur. It is easy to nitpick about if certain dates correspond to the exact same day in all books, the exact order in which critical events took place and such. But when you look at the broader image , even taking into account the works of non Christian /Jewish Historians such as Josephus and Tacitus (Even texts from Babilon contain contents of the old testament), you see that all the contents of the Bible did happen and were true. Apart from obvious minor discrepancies,no matter how diverse the culture , the main retelling of the events in the old Testament and New Testament are all the same.
