Cetaphil has a face moisturizer with spf and another without spf 🧴. I think one should always moisturize after cleansing

Yes it does . It has niacinamide and glycerin in it( niacinamide is great for hyper pigmentation ) , but try to add an an exfoliant to your skincare routine like retinol or glycolic acid if your skin is combo or oily or lactic acid if your skin is normal to dry .😊
