Would a 650 mah battery work with it or would you have to use 550 mah

to stop the overheating should you turn down the mW or is that something that you just have to live with

IIRC I had it set to the 25mw minimum.

It came that way. But you can change those settings via BetaFlight configurator.

BRO I FRICKING PRESSED THE THROTTLE UP AND IT WAS SO LOUD THEN I BROUGHT THE THROTTLE DOWN AND THE THROTTLE WAS STILL UP BRO I HIT THE DISARM BUTTON SO FAST HOLY

LoL, I regularly charge my batteries on the stove. If they catch on fire at least the spot is kinda heath resistant

I had the same issue see if the controller light is red if it is you have to press the setup button and calibrate the controller also be careful with the vtx

Is it broken then ? The VTx will overheat after about 4 minutes if not in flight. -.-

The vtx heats up even in mavics if you leave them on withoit flying my man, mavics just don’t warn you about it. With the cetus tho this core temperature warning when flying kinda bothers me too so I disabled the led beacon feature, drilled 2 holes in the frame to ventilate the fc and interestingly enough it would heat up way more when I go heavy on throttle so I limites the throttle to be max at 80 percent and added some reverse expo to make the curve sharper so it feels the same and it actually made me able to fly around a core temprature ranging between 57-64 degrees and not give me warnings all the time. I don’t know if I can do anything else but I really hope that will increase it’s longevity

@@adakalyoncu1913 Actually i found out it's a known problem with the cetus x that the vtx overheats and is likely to break like mine did. I've got a Mobula 8 and a Mobula 6 as well and there's absolutely no issue with it. Cool customization you made. Checkout the Mobula 8 - I really love it ;)

Newbie question - Do all of the analog drones produce this poor video image. The video breaks up and flashes. Are the higher price FPV analog drones any better? Why is the video on budget camera drones better than this?

Analog Fpv drone kits are just like that, a kit with hd0 or dji video transmission exist but cost a bit more

Its a good drone unfortunately it loves to go through aios. And vtx parts are very difficult come by

I bought one new. Flew it for about 2 weeks and then the vtx died in it. Betafpv wanted 50 bucks for a new one so I went with a TBS unify nano. Flew it for about a week after I installed and then esc 3 went out. Kept buying boards and escs kept blowing.

@wackup3701 after some trouble shoot the cam vtx is bad it has just done nothing but frustrate and disapoint me and sorry but beta is no help whatsoever ,I am put off sorry.

@wackup3701 cam no good ,flew 2 min and voila no more cam the vtx is got a bad conection or chip if I pushed on it at first it turned back on but what a waste of time and monney!

@@DitaJett did you hit the canopy somehow ? because i have the cetus X too and flew it right into my ceiling on my maiden flight, the camera broke. But thanks to betafpv, i described my situation to them and they sent me another camera-vtx module for free (i installed it and it works fine)
