Wowsers. I LOVE the original version with Kim Carnes and James Ingram, but this would've a smash albeit in the country category since all these three performers are primarily country with some crossover hits for each of them. With Kim Carnes and James Ingram it got pop/rock and r&b exposure, which for the sake of an awesome song was best.
