Okay but can we talk about how impactful the ending was? The king realizing that he came dangerously close to killing his daughter, the look on his face as realization dawned on him that his aggressive/violent attitude would cause him to lose someone he cared about (especially seeing how his child was trying to convince her mother to run away with her), and how defeated he looks when he realizes he has a problem.

@@atrudokht There are some distant similarities, but I'd say all in all the one from the Witcher game much more tragic if you unknowingly choose the bad ending. You won't know wich is wich and when you choose it BTW. There is also another quest slightly attached to it which... well, it's difficult to say what the right answer is afterwards. And again, you won't know which decision leads to which outcome the first time you play it.

I think the ending is really impactful and tells so much in just a few seconds. The father came dangerously close to striking down his own daughter. Upon realizing this, he drops his blade and falls to the ground, in shock. It's quick, but the expressions are visible and I just love how he finally realizes what he's done.

I love how that ended, it escalated so well to the point where the father drops his sword in terror of it as a symbol of how much so he had forgotten how much his family means to him and how he’s failed them. The floorboards and wrist were amazing little motifs that tied up the fear of abuse and worry over where your loyalties should lie in an abusive relationship situation, which every good short film needs. Also, the style was amazing in terms of lighting and appearance. My only negative critique is that both the character movement and background felt disjointed, but I have no experience in animation whatsoever, so that’s just an observation. Cool film!

The castle was the mother & the girl’s cage. Like herself, she found a magical powerful creature, the griffin, in his own cage. She managed to free not only the griffin, but her and her mother too! The griffin is a symbol of her personal power unleashed. And she transmuted her pain into that personal power and used to stand up to her oppressive father! Bravo young lady, bravo!!

CG, Ima just put this here. Don’t take it offensive, but as a tiny tip-a-lou One thing ( and the only flaw I personally found ) is the flying in the animations. Now, all the work you show in your master pieces are clearly shown, but the flying could use a little bit of work. Like when the flying animal is trying to slow down. Your work is beautiful and something that I could only dream of doing!! But when people acknowledge the small implants of teeny tiny flaws they find, helps you grow. Personally, with my sketch books, I used to do ONLY wolves. Then one of my friends came over to me and said, " I think you should add a little more variety in your work " but she also pointed out all of the awesome things in it. So I changed it. And I love changing up my sketch style now!!! This is just my opinion, but if you take this comment, that would mean the world to me!!! ~~Stay Awesome!!!

The time of King Arthur and Camelot, Merlin and The wicked Morgana, I love Celtic themes and shows. This was beautiful, well put. The abuse the father was giving the mother hurt me, bcs I went through the same, so the child felt safer in the woods away from the violence, it's sad that abuse goes on, and the children have to suffer, if you know the relationship is bad, leave each other for the child's sake. Don't let this scar them for the rest of their lives.
