Daging babi boleh marinate dengan Tepong Ubi kayu 3 spoon dan garam 2.spoon ,Soaking 20 minutes, Cuci 2 kali, baru mula memadak! Sama juga.. Daging kambing dan Daging Lembu ( boleh campur, Halia dan lengkuas 3.keping ) untuk daging kambing dan daging lembu. Ok. Gd try !

您好,是的沒錯喔! 記得在燜燒排骨的過程一定要用小火燒喔!這樣才會入味與軟化肉質。

Chef, for frozen ribs what can i do to make meat tender? I already tried adding a teaspoon of cornflour to ribs (ribs that is already rinsed clean but still abit wet). But meat still turns out tough. Any way about it? Thks.
