You say testing. Would said testing include emergency imaging when a patient has a sudden increase of neurological symptomology, possibly life-threatening in the case of a compressed spinal cord due to injury nearly a year ago and not rely on a copy and paste diagnosis or previous older imaging results ? When you are out of the office how does a patient assured of a competent, professional diagnosis especially in this age of virtual appointments. When you can't tap the joint or nerve to see how it functions. Is pain not an indication of disease or dysfunction? Thank you very much Dr Evans
