HOW WE SURPRISED MRS. BATES WITH OUR BABY NEWS!

Growing up, my mom (Granny B) would always surprise my dad and the family with a big box of Double Stuf Oreos whenever she found out she was pregnant. We wanted to see if we could share that memory with her about our exciting pregnancy announcement!
She arrived a few days after we did the treasure hunt with the kids which made it even more exciting for everyone to have a part in surprising her! We also got to make some calls to update Tiffany and Lawson, Mama Jane, Chad's Parents, and more!

It’s pretty clear that Kelly Jo is absolutely beloved by all her children and that says alot about her. Often in large families you have atleast one child that is resentful so the fact that they still love their Momma tells me what a great mother she is

It didn't take Mama Bates to figure that one out! I think that is one of the sweetest ways to tell her the news. She should do the same thing to Gil when she gets back home.
