Love the old Macs everyone here had the 125 when I was a kid and then the cd 2100 great saws on these bigger Doug and Redwood I started out on the 084 had it till a couple years ago when it got stolen out of my yard still love playing with old pioneers and homlites when I cut on the weekends just to keep the memories and heritage alive still

Fun video, takes a lot more work that it looks to put together a video such as this one :) For me , hoping to wander back to my Husqvarna l77's for "vintage work saws" as we are finally out of winter here. True work saws are being put in the closet.. :) Be fun to do a life with a saw comparison between the old l77's and a period yellow saw.

I’ve got an 850 with a nos cylinder and piston, you cannot pull it over without the decomp in. Crazy compression in that saw.

Pulling at right angles to the recoil outlet sure makes for a hard pull though. Lot of resistance pulling the rope over the cover like that. Hard on covers and recoil ropes to.
